Tetri Hills Realty’s mission is to bring transparency and unparalleled support in finding your next home, and as a seller, your next client. Tired of hidden fees, agent’s increased prices on properties, and an immense 3% agent’s fee. Tetri Hill’s mission is to eliminate these industry standards and streamline the buying and selling operations.
Our Vision
Our vision is to be the first real estate company in Georgia that functions like any other real estate company does in regulated countries such as the USA. The CEO and Founder, Luka Sikharulidze, has experience in the real estate business in New York and aims to create a similar experience here. We are the disciplined company that functions as if there are regulations in Georgia to make the buying/selling/renting transparent and fair.
Our Services & Pricing
Though we are creating a traditional real estate agency, we are also trying to change the game. We are dropping the Agent’s fee from 3% to 2%. All the services mentioned will be included in the fee, the services include: representing your property, listing it on our website, and upon agreeing that we will represent you, we will have a professional photo/video shoot (1500 Gel Value) of your property.
